Frequently Asked Questions
How do I scan something? Tap the Scan tab at the bottom of the app, point your camera at any plant, animal, insect, or household item, and tap the scan button. You'll get an instant identification and experiment suggestions.
How many free scans do I get? Free accounts include 3 scans. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited scanning.
How does the free project work? Your first project is completely free — you get full instructions, tracking, journal and AI guidance. After that, upgrade to Pro to unlock all 300+ projects.
How do I cancel my subscription? On iPhone: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Grow It! → Cancel On Android: Go to Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Grow It! → Cancel
How do I delete my account? Email us at jessie@growithjessie.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we'll process it within 30 days.
The scanner isn't working — what do I do? Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try moving closer to the item or improving the lighting. If it still doesn't work, tap "Try Again" or restart the app.
