I'm a Canadian science and nature creator based in Toronto, and I've spent years turning my kitchen, garden, and backyard into a laboratory.

I grow things that aren't supposed to grow in Canada. I ferment things people think are impossible. I run experiments that surprise even me. And I share every single step — the failures, the discoveries, and the moments where something finally works.
